Swaranpreet Kaur

Swaranpreet Kaur is currently the Training Enablement Global Head for the Microsoft Practice at DXC Technology, where they manage end-to-end e-learning courses and training programs using Agile methodology. Previously, they served as a Senior Instructional Designer at Capgemini, where they led projects for Ciena Technologies, creating various training materials. Swaranpreet also gained experience as a Senior Trainer in Telecom and as a Graduate Engineer Trainee at NIIT Limited. They hold a Bachelor of Technology in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Bharati Vidyapeeth's College of Engineering and a Postgraduate Degree in Project Management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning.
