Tanja Christensen

Tanja Christensen is the HR-chef at DXC Technology, where they are currently driving HR management initiatives. Previously, Tanja led a team of eight at FORCE Technology, managing HR operations for 1,400 employees and was responsible for implementing strategic business changes. With a strong foundation in HR law from their role as a specialkonsulent at Forsvaret, Tanja has a proven track record in navigating labor agreements and employee relations. Tanja holds a degree in law from Københavns Universitet and has furthered their expertise in HR management at Copenhagen Business School.
