Tathagata Kumar

Tathagata Kumar has extensive experience in financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and operations management across several leading organizations. At Accenture, Tathagata served as Operations Manager from November 2013 to March 2016, leading a team of 39 analysts in delivering FP&A shared services to Microsoft in the Asia Pacific region. Subsequently, at DXC Technology, Tathagata held roles as Global FP&A Lead for Cloud and Infrastructure and FP&A Lead for Modern Workplace, achieving significant cost reductions and improvements in reporting and forecasting processes. Prior experience at GENPACT included managing operations and financial analysis for GE Oil and Gas. Tathagata holds a Master of Commerce from Calcutta University, a Bachelor's degree from St. Xavier's College, and completed executive programs at the University of California, Berkeley.
