Ted Izydor, MS, MBA, LPC, CSAC, ICS, possesses extensive experience in the mental health and addiction counseling fields, beginning as a Mental Health/Domestic Violence Counselor at Family Service and progressing to a Clinical Supervisor at Family Service - Lafayette Human Services - Unified Counseling. Between 2002 and 2010, Ted served as a Licensed Alcohol/Drug & Mental Health Counselor at Gateway Recovery, later transitioning to a Utilization Management Specialist at DXC Technology. Since 2015, Ted has focused on training mental health and addiction counselors at Full Potential and has been a University Lecturer at UW-Whitewater since 2016. As the founder of Full Potential Counseling, Coaching and Consulting of Wisconsin, LLC, Ted provides a range of services including health care training and organizational development.
