Vikas Malhotra

Vikas Malhotra has over 15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management and solution architecture. At IDP Education India Pvt Ltd from July 2005 to August 2008, Vikas managed the IT infrastructure for 12 branches, overseeing critical systems such as Windows 2003 Server and Exchange Server. Vikas then worked at IBM India Pvt Ltd from September 2008 to November 2012 as an Advisory Technical Subject Matter Expert, providing enterprise IT infrastructure support for over 2,000 servers and enhancing VDI and Citrix performance. Recently, Vikas held roles at DXC Technology in June 2020, first as an Assistant Manager Solution Architect, leading the deployment of multi-cloud IT ecosystems and implementing security policies, and later as a Technical Escalation Manager, focusing on incident resolution and customer satisfaction. Vikas holds a degree from Indira Gandhi National Open University, earned between 2009 and 2011.
