Vishu Shankaran

Vishu Shankaran serves as the Head of Talent Acquisition for the Americas at DXC Technology since July 2021, overseeing strategic talent acquisition and data analytics across multiple countries including the United States and various Latin American nations. Prior to this role, Vishu was the Director of Global Talent Acquisition at CDK Global, where leadership was provided to a global team and strong cross-functional partnerships were developed. Vishu's experience at Cognizant includes serving as an Associate Director in Talent Acquisition for the Digital Business, focusing on Technology Consulting, as well as senior managerial roles in recruitment leadership. Earlier career highlights include significant contributions to Wipro Limited where Vishu managed talent acquisition efforts across North America and Europe, and the establishment of new development centers in Mexico and Atlanta. Vishu's foundational roles in HR began at Capgemini and additional firms, complemented by an educational background that includes a Bachelor's degree from the University of Madras and an MBA from Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship.
