Warren Sims is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in managed services and operations management. Currently serving as the Global Head of ServiceNow Managed Services at DXC Technology since August 2020, Sims also holds the position of Head of Managed Service for UKI EMEA. Concurrently, Sims has been leading the ServiceNow Managed Services offering in the UK and Europe at TESM since August 2015. Previous roles include Global Service Manager at Schlumberger Oilfield UK PLC, where Sims managed global infrastructure and application service desk support teams, and multiple positions at Deutsche Bank, including Lean Coach and Head of Change Management for Service Desk Operations. Sims began a career in service operations as an Operator at Deutsche Bank from 1988 to 2000 and has a strong foundation in driving continuous service improvements and optimizing IT processes.
