Willam Men has demonstrated a commitment to educational support and community engagement through roles as Access, Equity & Inclusion Ambassador, University Ambassador, and Engineering Equity Ambassador at UNSW from November 2023 to December 2024. In these capacities, Willam facilitated workshops for high school students, led campus tours, and created academic support avenues for first-year engineering students. Willam has also gained professional experience at DXC Technology since February 2025, serving as Analyst II ERP Package Applications and Transform Engineer (Data Engineering) on the Westpac UNITE project. Earlier experience includes roles at McDonald's as a Restaurant Crew Member and Team Lead Supervisor. Willam is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Physics and Computer Science from UNSW, which are expected to be completed in 2024, and has attained foundational education from Sydney Secondary College Balmain Campus and Ashfield Boys High School.
