- From 2005 to present, Jim has been the GM & Regional VP of Sales and Operations at DXP Enterprises, Inc. - Before joining R.A. Mueller Inc., Jim worked at Shell Oil and Shell Chemical Company from 1989 to 1995. Jim started as a Rotating Equipment Engineer in an oil refinery and later became an engineer providing technical support to the operations of a production unit within a Shell Chemical facility, specializing in mechanical engineering support for polymer production.
