George Bui

George Bui has worked in the field of client services and software support for over 15 years. In 2020, they began working for DxTerity as a Genomic Client Services. Prior to this, they worked for Midmark Corporation as a Technical Services Specialist from 2014 to 2020. George also worked for BMS | Bankruptcy Management Solutions, Inc. from 2005 to 2012 as a Software Support Analyst. Before that, they worked for Mitochon Systems as a Client Services from 2012 to 2014.

George Bui has a Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems, General from California State University, Fullerton, obtained between 1999 and 2002. In 2010-2013, they obtained an Associate's degree in Health Information/Medical Records Technology/Technician from Cypress College. Additionally, they have obtained certifications from Microsoft (Microsoft Technology Associate: Windows Operating System Fundamentals, MTA, obtained in July 2014), HDI (HDI Support Center Analyst, obtained in July 2013), Carew International (Excellence in Customer Service Certification, obtained in April 2013), and CITI Program (Conflict of Interest, obtained in August 2022).
