Vicky Hallam

Vicky Hallam is an experienced Delivery Lead with a strong background in digital project management and web development, currently serving at dxw since September 2022. Previously, Vicky held similar roles at Wellcome Trust and the Open Data Institute, where responsibilities included managing requirements, stakeholder engagement, and leading digital projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. With a foundational career at Macmillan Cancer Support, Vicky excelled in various digital project management roles, developing skills in budgeting, risk management, and team mentorship. A qualified Product Owner and Scrum Master, Vicky also has a solid educational background with a degree in Retail Marketing Management from The Manchester Metropolitan University.
