Jason Graham possesses extensive experience in training and development, having worked in various roles from Training Facilitator at West Corporation to Marketing & Training Manager at D&Y. At West Corporation, Jason provided new hire training for American Express and DirecTV customer service call center, focusing on curriculum development. Jason continued to enhance training programs at EarthLink, both as a Corporate Trainer and a Trainer for EarthLink Business, where responsibilities included conducting training needs analyses and delivering client training sessions. Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Management of Human Resources from Faulkner University, where graduation was achieved with honors, as well as studies in Drama and Theatre Arts at the University of Alabama and Columbia College Chicago.
