We start where the real problem is: families managing chronic conditions, elderly parents, and complex medication schedules - alone, without tools, without continuity.
The current healthcare system generates data but doesn't connect it. Doctors see fragments. Families operate on memory and group chats. Caregivers guess.
Dyalo changes that. We build a patient-centric, family-oriented health data hub that connects medications, measurements, documents and care coordination in one secure place - while giving patients full ownership and control of their data.
Why this matters beyond the app:
Dyalo is architected as a neutral Data Trust - compliant with GDPR, aligned with the European Health Data Space (EHDS), and designed for institutional partnerships with clinics, pharmacies, and insurers.
