Ryan Urness

Ryan Urness serves as General Counsel for Dycom Industries, Inc., a prominent provider of specialty contracting services in the United States, since October 2018. Prior to this role, Ryan held the position of General Counsel at USI Building Solutions, leading the legal department for a major construction services provider from May 2016 to October 2018. Ryan also served as General Counsel for Speed Commerce from November 2012 to May 2016 and for Navarre Corporation from January 2003 to November 2012, providing legal oversight for each organization. In the earlier stages of a legal career, Ryan was a Managing Associate at Winthrop & Weinstine, P.A., focusing on corporate law matters from November 1997 to January 2003. Ryan received a Juris Doctor degree from Mitchell Hamline School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of St. Thomas.
