Eric Eisen

Eric Eisen has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Eric currently holds the position of Director of Customer Success at Dye & Durham Corporation since September 2023, where they work with legal industry partners to streamline operations and achieve remarkable results using transformative solutions. Prior to this, Eric served as the Vice President of Sales at ACL (Korbitec Inc.) and Dye & Durham from October 2021 to August 2023, driving technological advancements and efficiency in the legal industry.

From 2015 to 2021, Eric was the Director of Sales and Marketing at SoCast, a leading digital content and advertising solution provider for broadcast industry, where they played a crucial role in the company's growth and success. Eric built strong relationships with industry executives to help broadcasters thrive in the digital world.

Before that, Eric had roles at Sirius XM Canada Inc., where they served as a Senior Manager of Outbound Sales from August 2011 to January 2015 and as a Manager of Direct Marketing - Automotive from October 2007 to August 2011. Eric successfully integrated marketing programs following the merger of Sirius and XM organizations.

Eric's earlier career includes a role as Manager of Retail Sales at Amp'd Mobile from January 2007 to August 2007 and as a Senior Smart Specialist at Mercedes-Benz Canada from September 2004 to January 2007, where they played a key role in launching the Smart brand in Canada.

In addition, Eric co-founded and managed a chain of road-house style restaurants called Charley Fitzwhiskey's Tap & Eatery from January 1998 to April 2004, generating significant annual revenue.

Eric Eisen attended York University from 1992 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology.
