Mick Martindale

Mick Martindale has extensive experience in engineering and production, currently serving as Head of Engineering and TechProjects Division Lead at Dyer Engineering Ltd since March 2003. Previous roles include Production Foreman at Precision Engineering Ltd from June 1995 to March 2003, and CNC Supervisor and Machinist at JKN Precision Engineering Ltd from March 1989 to June 1995. Additionally, Mick held positions as Production Supervisor and QA Inspector at the Royal Ordnance Factory Enfield and Royal Ordnance Factory from January 1987 to March 1989 and August 1985 to January 1987, respectively. Mick began a career in engineering as an Apprentice Toolmaker at the Royal Ordnance Factory from August 1981 to August 1985.
