Our company started life as an Early Career specialist in 2005 – managing volume recruitment campaigns, on-campus programmes and outsourced screening and selection processes.  As we have grown older – so many of our clients and candidates have evolved!  However, we still offer ‘project based’ campaigns to clients wishing to hire small numbers (2 – 30) of graduates or interns.  We have deep knowledge of the global university and business school landscape and have a passionate focus on bringing diverse talent to our candidate pools in terms of gender, ethnicity and minority groups.
