Marcus Brent

Marcus Brent has extensive experience in customer service and sales, currently serving as a Customer Service and Sales Supervisor at The Human Solution since February 2016, where Marcus drives company growth through client relationship cultivation and sales leadership. As a Contributor and Founding Member of BroJackson.com since August 2011, Marcus provides insights into NFL and NCAA college football. Previous roles include Manager Trainee at Hertz Car Sales, Partner Services Associate at Netspend, and District Specialist at The Minacs Group, all of which involved enhancing customer experiences and resolving inquiries. Marcus has a foundational education in Psychology, having obtained a Bachelor’s degree from Texas State-San Marcos. Additional education includes studies at Austin Community College and the University of Texas.
