David Knap

Co-founder | CFO at Dyme

David Knap has been in the finance and business world since 2014. In that year, they co-founded and became the COO of Cycleswap, a platform for renting bicycles. In 2016, they joined the international advisory board of Spinlister. In 2017, they held roles at ING in M&A and Corporate Finance, at Nedvest Capital in Private Equity, and at KPMG in Financial Services. Finally, in 2018, they co-founded Dyme, an app that simplifies finances, and became its CFO.

David Knap completed a VWO degree at Dalton Den Haag from 2006 to 2012. David then went on to University of Amsterdam, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Accounting and Control from 2012 to 2015. Afterwards, they participated in a 6-month exchange program at HEC Montréal, where they studied International Marketing. In 2016, they completed a Master of Science (MS) in Accounting and Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
