Christopher Trevors

Christopher Trevors has extensive experience in the field of genetic health solutions. Christopher held the role of National Director, Genetic Health Solutions at Dynacare from 2016. Prior to that, they were the Director of Genetics and Genomics at LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services from 2014 to 2016, where they played a crucial role in building a diagnostic genetics business unit and developing a growth strategy. From 2011 to 2014, Christopher served as the Canadian General Manager at Centogene AG, promoting the company's services and making it a leader in rare disease diagnostics in Canada. Christopher'scareer began at The Hospital for Sick Children, where they held the positions of Coordinator, DNA Resource Centre and Genetic Counsellor from 2004 to 2011.

Christopher Trevors completed a Bachelor of Science (BScH) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences from Queen's University from 1995 to 1999. Christopher then pursued a Master of Science (MS) degree in Human/Medical Genetics with a specialization in Genetic Counseling from Sarah Lawrence College from 2001 to 2003. In addition to their education, Christopher holds a certification as a Certified Genetic Counselor (CGC) from the American Board of Genetic Counselors (ABGC), although the specific month and year of obtaining this certification are unknown.
