Deb Blair

Deb Blair currently serves as Program Lead at Dynacare, focusing on the integration of a recently acquired company and ensuring strategic alignment of processes, systems, and teams. Previously, at TD, Deb held various positions, including AVP roles in Shared Services, Business Operations for North American Credit Cards, Project Management & Delivery for Credit Cards & Merchant Solutions, and Business Governance and Control for Credit Cards and Merchant Solutions, supporting major operational functions within a national organization. Earlier experience at Bank of America included roles as Senior Compliance Manager and various leadership positions in customer operations and change management. Deb Blair holds a Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications and Legal Studies from Carleton University, graduating with Distinction.
