Joyce Budge

Joyce Budge has extensive experience in customer care and operations management, currently serving as the Manager of Customer Care Operations & Specimen Processing at Dynacare since October 2015. Prior to this role, Joyce worked at TD for nearly two decades, where responsibilities included supervising teams of Resource Officers, Phone Agents, and Email Agents in a Contact Centre environment, managing various Human Resources-related topics. Additionally, Joyce led a team of collection officers focused on payment arrears. Earlier experience includes a role as a Customer Service Representative at Avco Financial Services, specializing in the credit process for financial products.
