Trudy Burnside

Trudy Burnside is an experienced marketing professional with a robust background in pharmaceutical product management and health promotion. Currently serving as Marketing Manager at Dynacare since October 2013, Trudy's previous roles include Pharmaceutical Product Manager at Bausch + Lomb from 2008 to October 2012, and Dermatology Marketing Manager at Taro Pharmaceuticals from November 2003 to January 2008. Prior to this, Trudy held the position of Senior Manager, Patient Initiatives at the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario from July 2001 to October 2003, overseeing secondary prevention and health promotion initiatives across Canada. Trudy's extensive experience in product management began at Astra Pharma Inc./AstraZeneca, where an extensive tenure from June 1986 to December 2000 included multiple product management roles and a President's Award for excellence in sales. Trudy holds a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Honours Physiology from the University of Western Ontario, earned between 1979 and 1983, and completed secondary education at Centre Dufferin District High School.
