John Amodeo

John Amodeo currently serves as Chief Financial Officer and Director at dynaCERT Inc. since July 2025. Prior to this role, John held the positions of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at Samuel, Son & Co., Limited from September 2010 to October 2023, contributing to one of North America's largest metal service centers. John also served as Chief Financial Officer at Samuel Manu-Tech Inc. from 2001 to September 2010 and Executive Vice President and CFO at Bracknell Corporation from 1999 to 2001. Earlier in the career, John was Senior Vice President and CFO at Molson Canada from 1997 to 1999 and held various roles including Vice President Finance there from 1991 to 1997. John began the professional journey as an Audit Manager at Coopers & Lybrand from 1983 to 1988. Academic qualifications include a PMD from Harvard Business School in 1997, a Chartered Accountant designation from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants in 1986, and a BCom from the University of Toronto - University of St. Michael's College (1979 - 1983).
