John Amodeo

John Amodeo is an accomplished finance executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer and Director at dynaCERT Inc. since July 2025, John brings a wealth of expertise from previous positions including Executive Vice President and CFO of Samuel, Son & Co., Limited, where John oversaw overall financial strategy and corporate development from September 2010 to October 2023. Prior to that, John held the CFO position at Samuel Manu-Tech Inc., leading financial process improvements and corporate developments. John's career also includes roles as Executive Vice President and CFO at Bracknell Corporation, as well as Senior Vice President and CFO at Molson Canada, where significant contributions were made to M&A programs and post-merger financial integration. John's educational background includes a PMD from Harvard Business School and designation as a Chartered Accountant from the Ontario Institute of Chartered Accountants.
