Sylvia Plion

Sylvia Plion currently holds the position of Directrice Habitat spécifique et inclusif at Dynacité since February 2023. Prior to this role, Sylvia Plion served as an internal consultant at Grand Lyon from June 2019 to June 2022, where the focus was on managing administrative transformation projects. From December 2011 to May 2019, Sylvia Plion worked at Argo&Siloe as a consultant in territorial development and social entrepreneurship, providing strategic support to social economy structures and overseeing corporate social responsibility initiatives. Sylvia Plion's earlier experience includes a role as a Senior Consultant in organization and management at Sia Partners from February 2007 to April 2011. Educationally, Sylvia Plion graduated from EDHEC Business School and also studied at the University of Mannheim in 2004. Areas of expertise include social economy, social innovation, inclusive housing, urban renewal policies, and circular economy initiatives.
