Tim Ford founded dynaConnections Corporation in 2001 with the goal of streamlining the way Realtors work through a real estate transaction from listing to closing. As a previous Realtor with over two decades of experience in the industry, sitting on his local Association board and holding a variety of other leadership positions, Tim has a unique understanding of the ever-evolving needs of REALTORS®, Associations, and MLS organizations.

As a true Austinite, Tim holds Texas dear to him and Austin even closer. He is recognized as a true entrepreneur, since dynaConnections is his second successful technology company in the real estate space. After studying at Southwest Texas State University (currently Texas State University) with a focus in Management Information Systems, he quickly learned that real estate was beginning to evolve around technology, which is one of the attractions that drove him to become a Real Estate Professional. His deep appreciation for the real estate industry along with his experience in leading technology companies are just some of the driving forces that enable him to successfully lead the dynaConnections team forward.
