Randy Oleschuk

Randy Oleschuk is an accomplished Operations Manager at Dynacor - Learning Evolved, where a focus on aligning learning, safety, and performance is central to the role. Serving as Chairperson of the Board and a member of the Board of Directors at The Alberta Safety Council since February 2019, Randy has significant experience in health and safety management, with previous leadership positions at Capital Power, including Senior Manager for HSE Project Services and Genesee Shared Services. Also, an experienced Safety Consultant for EPCOR Generation Inc., Randy has overseen health and safety across multiple jurisdictions and is adept in training and workforce development, particularly at the Genesee Generating Station. Randy's educational foundation stems from the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology, attended from 1977 to 1979.
