Mark Gidjunis

Mark Gidjunis has held various accounting and finance roles throughout their career. Mark began their career in 2008 as a Tax Intern at Heffler, Radetich & Saitta LLP. In 2009, they worked as an Audit Intern at KPMG. From 2010 to 2017, they held various roles at KPMG US, including Audit Senior Manager, Audit Manager, Senior Audit Associate, and Audit Associate. Mark'sresponsibilities included planning and supervising audits of public and private companies, working with clients to determine the appropriate accounting treatment for complex transactions, and experience with SEC and private company reporting, IPOs, SOX compliance and business combinations. In 2017, they moved to Optinose, where they worked as Assistant Controller and Accounting Manager. Most recently, they have been working at Dynacure since 2020, where they are currently the VP Finance - Corporate Controller and Corporate Controller.

Mark Gidjunis obtained a BS in Accounting from Rutgers University - Camden between 2006 and 2010. In 2013, they obtained a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification from the State of Pennsylvania.
