Dawn Hardesty

Dawn Hardesty has worked in the field of program management since 1991. Dawn began their career at EG&G Technical Services (now part of URS Corporation) as a Sr Program Management Specialist. Dawn then moved to Powertek Corporation in 2010 as a Program Manager. In 2016, they began working at Kreative Corp as the Director of Federal Operations. Currently, they are employed at Dynamic Animation Systems as a Senior Program Manager on the Synthetic Scenario Generation Trainer Scenario Controls program for the Naval Surface Warfare Center Carderock Division (NSWCCD). In this role, they are responsible for the design, development, integration, test, fleet implementation and maintenance of Trainer Scenario Controls utilized in Synthetic Scenario Generation based training simulation systems.

Dawn Hardesty attended the University of South Florida from 2004 to 2006 and obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Business Management, Finance and Behavioral Management.
