Doug Walker

Director of Engineering at Dynamic Animation Systems

Doug Walker has worked in the engineering and technology industry for over 30 years. Doug began their career in 1985 as a Systems Analyst for Jefferson Associates, where they were responsible for ORACLE database development and system administration. In 1987, they moved to GHG, Inc. as a Senior Robotics Systems Analyst, where they were involved in the development of embedded real-time control systems of robotic arms. In 1993, they became the Director of Development at Atomic Games, where they managed the day-to-day operations and shipped six titles over the course of five years. In 2000, they took on the role of Director of Research and Development at Applied Microsystems, where they were responsible for the operations of the Games Technology Division. Finally, in 2001, they became Director of Engineering at Dynamic Animation Systems, where they were responsible for all planning and budgeting activities and obtaining executive management approval.

Doug Walker attended Stephen F. Austin State University from 1980 to 1983, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Physics. Doug then returned to Stephen F. Austin State University from 1983 to 1985, where they obtained a Master of Science in Computer Science and Physics.
