Johanna Lobo is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business operations and human resources. Currently serving as the VP of Business Operations at Talentsky since March 2013, Johanna collaborates with the CEO to drive organizational success and oversees legal and human resources functions. Previously, as Director of Human Resources and Operations, Johanna managed strategic initiatives and investor relationships. Starting as an Associate in Professional Services and Business Development, Johanna progressed to Manager of Talent Acquisition, playing a key role in the company's focus on technology products. Prior experience includes working as an Admissions Representative at the Academy of Art University and as a Research Assistant at Santa Clara University Cognition Lab. Johanna holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Santa Clara University.
