Noel Bailey

Noel Bailey has a diverse work experience. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as the East Coast Regional Receivables Manager at Pioneer Financial Services. Then, from 1999 to 2017, they volunteered for 17 years in Youth Leadership Development with Junior Chamber International. During this time, they served on 4 different Boards of Directors and had volunteer experiences on 4 different continents. In 2000, Noel joined PGBA and worked there as the CMS/TRICARE Rev Cycle/Clinical Ops and Program Change Analysis. Finally, since 2017, they have been associated with Dynamic Global, where they worked as the Director of Professional Services and later became the CEO in July 2018.

Noel Bailey attended the University of Central Arkansas from 1989 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Electronic Communications and Business Management.
