Fred Behner

Fred Behner is a skilled chef and business consultant with extensive experience in the culinary field. From 2015 to 2023, they served as Operations Manager and Head Chef at G Sushi and Catering in Tampa Bay, specializing in high-end catering events. Fred has also held various roles, including Consulting Chef for a restaurant opening and General Manager and Chef at Kurdi's Mediterranean Grill, where they redefined the dining concept. They graduated with honors in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management from the Art Institute of Tampa in 2012 and currently works as Chef and Beverage Director for Dynamic Group Management.
