Prior to this role, Vince worked as a Sales Engineer at Ingersoll Cutting Tools from September 1987 to April 1995, honing expertise in sales and technical applications. Vince holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Michigan and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance from Wayne State University.
