Bill Chapman

Bill Chapman is currently the Plant Manager at Dynamic Manufacturing, Inc., a role they have held since 2019. They previously served in the U.S. Navy as a Surface Warfare Officer from 1987 to 1993 and held various positions, including Production Supervisor at Delphi Automotive Systems and Assembly Business Team Leader at Navistar Inc. Bill also worked as Production Manager and Quality Operations Manager at Power Solutions International between 2015 and 2018, and as Area Manager at Gencorp from 1993 to 1995. Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University and is pursuing a Master’s in Management at Indiana Wesleyan University.
