Layla Sweet

Layla Sweet is an accomplished behavioral scientist and veteran with extensive experience in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as a professor at Ohio University and as an executive strategist with Dynamic Perspectives, Layla guides individuals and organizations in cultivating emotional intelligence and transformative leadership practices. With a 27-year career in the Air Force, where Layla retired as a Lieutenant Colonel, they mentored aspiring leaders and managed complex operations. Layla holds multiple advanced degrees, including a master’s in Public Health and a master’s in Military Science and Operational Studies.
