Mike Ilardo

Mike Ilardo is an experienced recruitment and business development leader with a strong background in staffing solutions for various sectors, including accounting, IT, and skilled trades. Currently serving as President, Recruiter, and Recruiting Consultant at Dynamic Staffing Solutions since January 2023, Mike focuses on expediting the hiring process for HR departments. Prior to this role, Mike was VP of Business Development at SitePro Solutions from February 2019 to January 2023, overseeing skilled trades staffing operations.
