Vaughan Diedrick

Vaughan Diedrick is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in operational leadership and executive search within the technology sector. Currently serving as the Group Chief Operating Officer at Dynamic Technologies since March 2017, Vaughan oversees a team of over 1000 professionals in delivering enterprise solutions across the UK and South Africa. Previously, Vaughan led the Executive Search practice at Cycan from March 2011 to February 2017, and held the position of Director at Vistar from November 2004 to September 2011, focusing on leadership solutions. Earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at Software Futures and IBM Services Executive at IBM Global Services, where responsibilities spanned across operational management, market development, and service delivery for small to medium businesses. Vaughan holds a BCom Honours degree in Information Systems from the University of the Witwatersrand.
