Annika Schmidt

Annika Schmidt currently serves as the Head of German Originals and European Co-productions at Dynamic Television since January 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Commissioning Editor at ZDF from November 2016 to January 2022 and in project assistance at Wiedemann & Berg Film from February to October 2016, contributing to projects such as "Willkommen bei den Hartmanns" and "Werk ohne Autor." Additional positions include a brief stint as a Commissioning Editor at ZDF, an Editor at InStyle, and a Lektor at both RND - RedaktionsNetzwerk Deutschland and Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung. Annika Schmidt holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, earned from Hochschule Hannover, the University of Hamburg, and attended Filmuniversität Babelsberg from 2020 to 2021.
