Will Baldwin

Will Baldwin currently serves as the Manager of Development at Dynamic Television since June 2021. Prior to this position, Will Baldwin worked in ABC Drama Development at The Walt Disney Company from September 2017 to June 2021 and held a role in Current Programming at CBS from September 2014 to May 2017. Will Baldwin began a career in the entertainment industry as an Executive Assistant at Paradigm Talent Agency, supporting the Head of Format Packaging & Alternative Television Departments from August 2012 to September 2014. Earlier experience includes working as an Investigator at DBA, Inc., a private investigation firm, from June 2009 to August 2012. Will Baldwin earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from the University of Southern California between 2008 and 2012.
