Shawn Tehini

Shawn Tehini has a strong background in engineering and project management. Shawn began their career at Hargrove Engineers + Constructors as a Mechanical Design Engineer, where they performed various engineering activities and developed conceptual layouts. Shawn then moved on to Bergmann Associates, where they worked as a Mechanical Engineer and managed projects of different complexities. In this role, they coordinated with various teams, allocated resources, and monitored project costs and hours. Most recently, Shawn joined Dynamicweb NA as the Director of Integration, where they manage and supervises the integration team, coordinates with different departments to gather requirements for applications and integrations, and documents project plans. Shawn is also responsible for solidifying project objectives, scope, technical requirements, and timelines.

Shawn Tehini holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of South Alabama. Shawn also obtained additional certifications including Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from Scrum Alliance in 2017 and Engineer in Training (Fundamentals of Engineering Exam) from NCEES in 2015.
