Aside from its literal definition as “a force of positive energy, change and progress”, the name Dynamik is actually made up of ‘D’ and an anagram of “MINYAK” (meaning ‘oil’ in Malay). “D” is in honour of “Darussalam”, the Abode of Peace, as well as to highlight the importance of data. The anagram ‘MINYAK’ refers to IT as the new black gold of the digital economy and fueling the nation’s momentum of transformation with technology.

Dynamik Technologies has been successfully re-appraised at Maturity Level 3 (ML3) of  CMMI® Institute’s Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI)® for the third time consecutively. Dynamik Technologies is the first in South-East Asia Region, and 8th in Asia-Pacific Region to be appraised with the updated CMMI v2.0 Model for ML3. It is also the first and only organisation in Brunei with CMMI Appraisal to date. This achievement continues to position Dynamik Technologies being the only local IT company which is on par with world-class organisations in terms of best practices in software and organisational development.
