Dynamis is a real-time data and insights platform for Third Party Administrators (TPAs). We automate the collection, normalization, and analysis of payroll and census data from plan sponsors by connecting directly to 120+ HRIS and payroll systems. We eliminate the manual, error-prone process of chasing census data and allow TPAs to focus on compliance, client service, and growing their book of business.

Based in Seattle, 7 Simple Machines builds tools for the retirement professional. We work with recordkeepers, TPAs, and single employers who are looking to efficiently and confidently manage the plans in their portfolios. Our name is inspired by the Greek mathematician, Archimedes, who posited that a few simple machines could act as force multipliers and create most any outcome.
