Dynamix Capital Partners is a private investment firm that unites two complementary platforms—private and public—to create long-term value across our target industries. We combine capital with operational expertise to partner with proven operators, unlock structural and commercial value, and build scalable businesses.

Our investment activity spans the energy, infrastructure and AI ecosystem—including energy and natural resources, power and digital infrastructure, and sustainability and energy evolution. We take an operationally intensive approach supported by in-house strategic, technical, and commercial specialists, enabling us to identify differentiated opportunities and drive sustainable growth.

On the public side, Dynamix serves as a repeat SPAC sponsor, launching and managing vehicles that target mature, cash-flowing, public-ready businesses in the energy and power sectors positioned for growth.

On the private side, Dynamix is focused on middle-market control investments across grid infrastructure, natural gas supply chain, and industrial and environmental services, with strategies ranging from late-stage growth equity to full buyouts.

Led by a management team with $2.5B+ in exits and decades of experience across SPACs, private equity, and operating companies, Dynamix brings disciplined capital, hands-on partnership, and deep sector expertise to every deal.
