Iveta Todorova, PMP®, has a strong background in project and solution delivery management, with over a decade of experience across various IT organizations. Iveta began a career at IBM as a Customer Representative and later gained experience as a Trainee in Real Estate Management at IGB Immobilier. From November 2011 to December 2013, Iveta served as a Project Manager at CSC, successfully managing more than 10 IT projects with a 95% deadline adherence rate. At AIG, Iveta worked as a Business Migration Analyst, overseeing the migration of over 30 business processes with minimal service disruption. Iveta then transitioned to DXC Technology as a Solution Delivery Manager, leading cross-functional teams to enhance client satisfaction and effectively managing delivery roadmaps. Currently, Iveta works as a Scrum Master at Dynamo Software, continuing to leverage extensive expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in French Philology from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a Master's degree in Economics from Université de Nantes.
