Olesya Timchenko is an experienced Project Manager and Client Service Lead specializing in the alternative investments industry, currently leading client services at Dynamo Software since its acquisition of Imagineer Technology Group in September 2020. With a strong background in client service management, Olesya has coordinated teams and improved operational efficiency at Imagineer Technology Group from May 2012 to August 2020, hold roles from Client Service Lead to Sr. Client Relationship Manager. Olesya began a career in technical support, addressing complex technical issues, and holds a Master's degree from The National Metallurgical Academy of Ukraine, along with additional training in theatre and creative writing.
