Katja Chabot

Katja Chabot is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in personnel advising and management. Currently serving as an HR adviseur at Dynamo since June 2020, Katja previously held roles such as personeelsadviseur at RIBW K/AM from March 2000 to June 2020, and personeelsfunctionaris at Stichting Heemswijk from March 1999 to March 2000. Earlier experience includes positions as a personnel consultant at Kennemer Thuiszorg and as a team manager at the Sociaal-agogisch centrum het Burgerweeshuis. Katja holds a Bachelor’s degree in Personnel and Labor from the Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences, complemented by education in health and social care.
