Aaron DuBray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in sales operations and client service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Sales Operations - Voice Services at Dynata since March 2015, Aaron previously held the role of Senior Director of CATI Client Delivery. Prior to Dynata, Aaron worked at ICF from January 2007 to February 2015, where responsibilities included Client Services Manager and Survey Operations Manager. In these roles, Aaron developed and tracked key performance indicators, ensured project performance and data quality, and managed large teams for data collection operations across multiple sites. Aaron holds a Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Communications from the State University of New York at Plattsburgh, obtained between 1999 and 2003.
