Celeste Blanchard

Celeste Blanchard is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in operations and account management across various industries. Currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at Dynata since February 2022, Celeste previously held the position of Senior Operations Manager at JNR Incorporated, where responsibilities included planning and implementing call center strategies and managing staff. Prior to that, Celeste worked as Manager of Fielding & Panel at MFour Mobile Research, overseeing team operations to ensure data quality and customer satisfaction. With a background as Operations Manager at Scientific Telephone Samples and The Home Depot, Celeste has demonstrated adeptness in account management, quality control, and team leadership. Additionally, Celeste served as a Petty Officer in the US Navy, earning the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal. Celeste holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Advanced Legal Research/Studies from Florida Metropolitan University.
