Chad Robbins is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global IT support and management. Currently serving as the Director of Global IT Support at Dynata since January 2018, Chad leads a team responsible for 24x7 monitoring and escalation of various IT operations following the merger of RSN and SSI. Prior to this role, Chad held multiple positions at Research Now from July 2009 to January 2018, including Manager of Global Windows Operations and Systems Support Team Leader, where responsibilities included managing global teams and providing technical assistance.
